What to include if it’s about an order
The more you tell us up front, the faster we can sort it. Please include:
- Your order number — on your order confirmation email (e.g. #1234)
- The product you’re asking about
- Photos if there’s damage or a fault — saves a back-and-forth
- Your delivery postcode if you’re asking about tracking
Most questions already have answers
Before you email, check the FAQ — delivery times, returns, payment, and product use are all covered there. If you find your answer in 30 seconds, that’s a win for both of us.
Returns
Our full returns process is on the Refund Policy page. The short version: 14 days from delivery, item in original condition, refund issued within 14 days of us receiving it back.
