Delivery

How long will my order take?
Standard UK delivery is 3–5 working days. Tracked delivery is 2–3 working days. Orders placed before 2pm GMT are usually dispatched the same day.

How much does delivery cost?
Depends on your postcode and order size. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland only. Sign up to the newsletter to hear first when we expand.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 3 working days of ordering, email swiftfixstore@gmail.com with your order number.

What if I’m not home when the courier arrives?
The courier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot. Tracking emails include a link to rearrange.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, no reason needed. Item must be unused and in original packaging where possible. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Who pays return postage?
You do, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described — in which case we cover it.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email swiftfixstore@gmail.com within 30 days with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including any return shipping).

How long do refunds take?
Up to 14 days from when we receive the returned item, refunded to your original payment method. In practice it’s usually much faster.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All options show at checkout.

Are my card details safe?
Yes. We never see your card details. Payments are handled by Shopify’s PCI-compliant processor over an encrypted connection. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Is VAT included in the price?
Yes — all prices on the site include VAT where applicable.


Products

Are your products durable?
Yes. Every product passes one test before we stock it: does it actually fix the thing it claims to fix? If anything you buy fails within reasonable use, contact us — we’ll make it right.

Can I use the same tool on different surfaces?
Read each product description carefully — most are multi-purpose but some have specific use cases. If you’re unsure before ordering, email us and we’ll tell you straight.

Do you do bulk or trade discounts?
For orders of 10+ of the same item, email swiftfixstore@gmail.com with what you’re after and we’ll see what we can do.


Account & Newsletter

Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout works fine. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view purchase history.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you’re off the list. Order-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates) keep going so you know what’s happening with your stuff.

I forgot my password.
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page. You’ll get a reset email within a minute or two.
