14-day change-of-mind returns

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to change your mind. No reason needed.

How to return

  1. Email swiftfixstore@gmail.com with your order number and that you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you our returns address within 1 working day.
  3. Post the item back to us (you pay return postage on change-of-mind returns; we recommend a tracked service).
  4. We refund within 5 working days of receiving the item.

Condition

Items must be unused and in original packaging. If something has been used, damaged in your possession, or missing parts, we may reduce the refund proportionally or refuse the return.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered:

  • Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • We respond within one working day with the right next step — usually a free replacement or refund.
  • If we need the item back to investigate, we'll cover the return postage.

This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

What we refund

The full price of the item. Original shipping is refunded only on faulty or wrong items, not on change-of-mind returns.

How long does my refund take?

Up to 5 working days from when we receive the item, then 3–10 working days for your bank to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before we dispatch your order. Email us — we'll cancel and refund within 1 working day. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.

Non-returnable items

None — every SwiftFix product is covered by this policy.
