Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).

How long it takes

• Tracked delivery: 2–3 working days
• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

How much it costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery speed. You'll see the exact price before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track from your account page if you have one.

Couriers

We use Royal Mail and Evri. The courier is selected based on your order's size and your address.

What if it doesn't arrive?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:

1. Check with neighbours and your designated safe place.
2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes it appears.
3. Email swiftfixstore@gmail.com — we'll investigate with the courier and either re-send or refund.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ working days, email us and we'll chase it.

Wrong address?

Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot an error before dispatch, email us within 2 hours and we'll correct it. After dispatch, we can't redirect — but we'll work with the courier where possible.
