SwiftFix Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 June 2026
1. Who we are
swiftfixltd.com is operated by SwiftFix Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. Contact: swiftfixstore@gmail.com.
2. Using our site
By using swiftfixltd.com you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and not to use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
3. Orders
When you place an order you make us an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we dispatch your order — a confirmation email at checkout is acknowledgement only, not acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order via Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
5. Discount codes
One discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes can't be applied retrospectively to past orders. We reserve the right to withdraw codes at any time.
6. Product descriptions
We try to be accurate about every product, but colours and sizes shown on screen may vary slightly from the real item. If anything arrives that's not as described, our returns policy covers you.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law (the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
We're liable for direct losses caused by our breach of contract or negligence, up to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, etc.). This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
9. Intellectual property
All site content — copy, photos, logos, design — is owned by SwiftFix Ltd or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse it without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
